Our first tiny batch of 850 bottles of Pear Spirit, 5x distilled from over 2 tonnes of juicy Ukrainian pears. Strong and robust, but with the autumnal taste of sweet sun-ripened pears, this eau de vie can be enjoyed chilled on its own, or in a pear martini.
