This is the latest in our very occasional updates on our ATOMIK spirits project - we've finally got our first batch of spirits and we're not far off starting sales.
We have teamed up with the Palinochka Distillery in the Carpathian Region of Ukraine who have distilled the apples we harvested from the Chernobyl affected areas in Autumn. We now have a wonderful (at least we think so) small batch of 42% apple spirit, which we're hoping to start selling in the UK via our website in the Spring of 2021.
Selling outside the UK and Ukraine is still likely to be some way off, but we plan to do this in the future, once we expand production. And of course we still want to produce a pure grain spirit once we have negotiated the complex grain spirit regulations in Ukraine.

I recommend to distribute some bottles within EU also. After BREXIT it is pretty hard to get anything from UK to EU.
I'm very excited about this project, I have been for about 2 years now about the time I saw your first blog post. Unfortunately I live in the U.S. so my ability to see any of this is still a ways out but I will be one of the first in line when it crosses that ocean!!! Keep up the good work guys.
